We have forged partnerships with local governments, nonprofits, and financial institutions to streamline processes and secure funding. Throughout the process, transparency and integrity guide every decision we make. Our management maintains open lines of communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage of the project. We also maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that each of our units meets stringent standards for safety and durability.
OUR TEAM
Renold M. Verano
President and Founder — He has been a real estate professional since 2005 and is a licensed real estate broker since 2006. Under his leadership, the company was able to grow from a single proprietorship to a corporation, until it became a full-time real estate development company in 2017.
Aleli C. Villacorte
Chief Operating Officer — She has over 20 years of managerial experience in real estate development. Under her leadership, the company has built and sold over 4,200 housing units. She is an alumnus of Assumption College in San Lorenzo, Makati and is a licensed real estate broker.
Ariel A. De Guzman
CPA , Director — Ariel is a licensed accountant and a real estate broker. He has been in finance for more than three decades and he has worked with several top companies in the country. Ariel was a comptroller and a CFO of a large real estate developer before he joined the Investphil team as an investor, consultant and member of the board in 2019.
William S. Uy
Director — Honorable Consul of the Republic of Kiribati to the Philippines. The founder and Chairman of WSU Group of Companies with diverse businesses that involves in Lending, Food and Beverages, Amusement, Real Estate Investments and many more. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.
Deogracia Orpilla
Director — A graduate of Public Administration from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. He is the Head of Distribution and Business Development of Sun Life Philippines, one of the biggest insurance companies in the country. He is an active member of the U.P. ROTC Cadet Officers Alumni Association. He is also the President of U.P. Vanguard Gun Club.
Atty. Ferlan Farinas
Corporate Secretary and Legal Council — a lawyer who has 15 years of working experience in the digital marketing and entertainment industry, holding various designations such as bilingual sales executive, sales & marketing manager, operations director, country director, and senior regional legal affairs manager. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Makati School of Law as the class valedictorian.
Kay Lopez Verano
Kay has been active in the company since 2014 and has been instrumental in the management of Investphil’s accelerating growth. She has been a key person in managing the Company’s financial and administrative resources and requirements. She is a Registered Nurse before she joined the real estate industry and was licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 2017.
Luduvico Gomez Jr.
He has been a member of the Invespthil since 2013. He is now the General Manager of 5R Prime Properties Inc. He is a graduate of UP-Visayas with a degree on Applied Mathematics and also an active member of UP Vanguard Inc as a former U.P. ROTC Corps Commander.
Marigrace Granlund
She facilitates the funding and investments of various big development projects which include public infrastructures and private construction projects that span to various industries. She is also a serial entrepreneur, a sales and marketing professional, a best-selling author of two business books, speaker, and a mentor,
